After talking to Kaela about the relative compatibility to other apartment living in the area, I went ahead and scheduled a tour with her. I was thoroughly impressed as much with the apartments as the expertise of Kaela’s knowledge of the property. Her natural kindness made deciding to live here a dream.
With the pool, gym, tanning beds, and volleyball court the amenities are great! The maintenance team is always able to help and fix the issues we come across. The front desk is always super helpful! I wish they wouldn’t charge for small things and give you the chance to fix it but other than that amazing place to be!
Kids had fun living here but they are using the move-out fees as a revenue generator. When we moved in had to spend all day cleaning entire apartment and I am sure they charged the previous tenant a cleaning fee. Even the clothes washer was molded and disgusting. Totally understand cleaning and repair fee charges to get ready for next occupant but they should actually do a better job for the new tenants for the money they charge the prior tenants.

Was so very disappointed in so much with this complex. Moved our son in last year only to find the apartment had not been cleaned from previous renters. The garbage was overflowing, the laundry room had soiled dish towels on the floor and behind the machines, the dishwasher did not heat the water, the freezer was a solid block of ice along with frozen food that had to be chopped out to clean it along with what we thought were tons of mold but were dead flies. The couch had numerous stains and crumbs, the floor took four passes of mopping and still did not come cleaned. Our sons room didn’t look as bad as everything else but looked like it had not been swept in over a year and the shower rod was broken along with mold all over the faucet.
My husband went to talk to them as they said they would send the cleaning crew over that day. That did not happen and when they come to clean they just mopped and swept the floors which we had already done. They wanted us to pay over $300 to replace curtain rod, paint and oven drip pans. They ended up waiving several of the charges but we had to end up paying $151.00 or be turned over to collections.
We have moved him into Uncommon apartments and it was spotless when he moved in and all appliances are up to date and very clean. Don’t waste your money progress910
Beautiful community with great people! Haleigh has been assisting me and she makes living at Progress all more exciting with her bubbly personality!! I love progress I think it’s truly beautiful and so much fun. I’m living here for my 2nd year. I’ve made tons of friends. I’ve had some problems living here as well. I had mold in my room and it took them about 2 weeks to get it out. My shower broke so I couldn’t use my shower for a week. Everything breaks very easily and they will just charge you right away for it. They constantly come into the apartment without letting me no before hand which makes me uncomfortable. They will charge you extra for anything. I got charger $200 for damage at the end of the year. My roommates moved out before the year ended and they didn’t get charged anything. It is very loud here so if you want a quiet place I wouldn’t suggest here. I’ve had tons of problems I’m on the 1st floor and I can hear everything that is in the room above me. No one picks up there dogs poop so there is poop all over. It smells horrible and it looks like it’s sat there for weeks no one picks it up, As I said I love progress but I’ve had tons of problems here.
Been looking to move into the area and was looking around for my next place to call home. Although not sure when I’ll move yet, I had to leave a review due to the staff service here. Spoke with Hannah about Progress 910 and the community and she’s has been very accommodating and patient to all my questions. I’ve moved to 5 different cities in the past 5 years due to my job. One thing I’ve learned from living in different apartments complexes around the country is the staff can make or break your living experience. Just based off of our conversation you can tell Hannah definitely cares and is passionate about Wilmington and the community. Definitely looking to sign here when I move.
